This policy applies to the iOS app FieldGlass ("the App"), distributed on the App Store by the developer.

FieldGlass is a professional viewfinder and scouting app that offers framing simulation for large format / medium format / cinema cameras, film-style filters, depth-of-field calculation, and video recording. It also includes a sun planner (sun & moon tracks, golden hour, weather cloud cover and glow forecasts), a shot map, an electronic level, and optional location stamping.

The App does not connect to the developer's or third-party servers for core functionality, does not include advertising or analytics SDKs, does not require sign-up or sign-in, and does not operate a user account system. Except for processing performed by the device operating system as needed to provide features, the developer does not intentionally collect, upload, or sell information that identifies you. Specifically, place-name lookup uses Apple’s CLGeocoder service, weather forecasts use Apple Weather (WeatherKit), and map display uses Apple Maps (MapKit) — see the Location, Weather, and Shot Map sections below.

The App requests access to the camera and microphone solely for live viewfinding, preview, and video recording. Processing occurs on your device; the developer cannot remotely access your camera or microphone feed.

With your permission, the App can record your GPS coordinates (latitude / longitude) and compass heading for each reference photo or video you capture. This information is written into the photo / video’s on-image information bar (permanently overlaid on the image) and into the App’s on-device record file. To display a human-readable place name (e.g. “Danxia Scenic Area”) in the information bar, the App uses the iOS system CLGeocoder service, which submits coordinates to Apple for reverse-geocoding. The query is processed by Apple and results are returned immediately; FieldGlass does not retain the query process, nor does it upload coordinates to our own or any third-party server. Additionally, when you use the Sun Planner, the App submits your current coordinates to Apple Weather (WeatherKit) to retrieve the local forecast (cloud cover, temperature, etc.). Sunrise/sunset and moon data are computed locally on your device without any network request. Apart from the system-level reverse-geocoding and weather queries described above, your location data never leaves your device and is not shared with anyone. The App requests location access through the standard iOS system prompt; you can allow, deny, or change it at any time in iOS Settings → FieldGlass. If location access is not granted, all other features continue to work normally.

Content you capture or export is stored on your device and in locations you choose (for example, the system Photos library). The developer cannot access these files on your device, unless you choose to share them with others through system features or other apps.

To play back reference videos inside the App, FieldGlass may request read access to your system Photos library. This access is used solely to locate and play the videos previously saved by FieldGlass, using the identifier recorded at save time. The App does not browse, scan, analyze, or upload any other photos or videos in your library. You can allow, limit, or deny this access at any time in iOS Settings → FieldGlass; if denied, in-app playback is unavailable while all other features continue to work.

Weather data in the Sun Planner is provided by Apple Weather (WeatherKit). To fetch the forecast, your device submits its current coordinates to Apple; this processing is governed by Apple’s privacy policy. Attribution and a legal link are displayed in the App alongside weather data as required by Apple. If location access is not granted or the device is offline, weather features are simply hidden and everything else works normally.

The map mode in the gallery uses Apple Maps (MapKit) to display where your reference photos and videos were taken. Loading map tiles involves communication between your device and Apple’s map service; your photos, videos, and their coordinates are used only on-device to render pins and are never uploaded to any server. Items without location data simply do not appear on the map.

The App does not integrate third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, or social login. The only network services it uses are Apple system services: reverse-geocoding (CLGeocoder), weather (WeatherKit), and maps (MapKit) — no non-Apple third parties are involved. If this changes in a future version, we will update this policy and describe it on the App Store product page and in this document.

The App is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and have questions, please contact us using the information below.

We may update this policy for feature or legal reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, in App release notes).

本应用会申请使用设备的相机与麦克风，仅用于实时取景、画面预览与视频录制。相关音视频处理在您的设备上完成；开发者无法远程访问您的相机或麦克风画面。

在您授权后，本应用可在您拍摄的每张参考照片和每段视频上记录您的经纬度和指南针朝向。相关信息会写入照片 / 视频画面下方的信息条（永久叠加在画面上），以及本应用的本地记录文件。 为在信息条中显示可读的地点名称（如“丹霞景区”），本应用会通过 iOS 系统的 CLGeocoder 服务向 Apple 提交坐标以查询地名。该查询由 Apple 处理并即时返回结果，FieldGlass 不会保存查询过程，也不会将坐标上传至我方或任何第三方服务器。 此外，若您使用「日照规划」功能，本应用会将当前坐标提交给 Apple 天气（WeatherKit）服务，以获取该位置的天气预报（云量、气温等）。该查询由 Apple 处理并即时返回，FieldGlass 不保存查询记录，也不会将坐标上传至我方或任何第三方服务器。日出日落与月相等天文数据均在您的设备上本地计算，不涉及网络请求。 除上述系统级地名查询与天气查询外，您的位置信息不会离开您的设备，也不会分享给任何第三方。 本应用通过标准 iOS 系统对话框申请定位权限；您可以随时在「设置 → FieldGlass」中允许、拒绝或变更此授权。若未授予定位权限，本应用的其他功能不受影响。

您拍摄或导出的内容默认保存在本机及您主动选择保存的位置（例如系统「照片」图库）。开发者无法访问您设备中的这些文件，除非您通过系统分享等功能自行发送给第三方。

为了在应用内回放您保存的参考视频，FieldGlass 可能会申请读取系统「照片」图库的权限。该权限仅用于按保存时记录的标识符定位并播放由 FieldGlass 保存的视频；本应用不会浏览、扫描、分析或上传您图库中的任何其他照片或视频。您可以随时在「设置 → FieldGlass」中允许、限制或拒绝此授权；若拒绝，仅应用内回放不可用，其他功能不受影响。

「日照规划」中的天气数据由 Apple 天气（Apple Weather / WeatherKit）提供。获取天气时，设备会向 Apple 提交当前坐标；数据的处理遵循 Apple 的隐私政策。应用内展示天气数据处已按 Apple 要求标注数据来源及法律信息链接。若您未授予定位权限或设备离线，天气功能自动隐藏，其他功能不受影响。

图库中的地图模式使用 Apple 地图（MapKit）显示您拍摄时记录的位置。加载地图图块时，设备会与 Apple 的地图服务通信；您的照片、视频及其坐标记录仅在本机用于绘制图钉，不会上传至任何服务器。未记录位置的内容不会出现在地图上。

本应用未集成用于广告、统计或社交登录等的第三方 SDK。本应用使用的网络服务均为 Apple 系统服务：地名查询（CLGeocoder）、天气（WeatherKit）与地图（MapKit），不涉及任何非 Apple 的第三方。若未来版本发生变化，我们将更新本政策并在 App Store 产品页面与本文中说明。

本应用不面向收集儿童个人信息而设计。若您作为监护人对未成年人使用本应用有疑问，请通过下方联系方式与我们联系。

我们可能因功能或法规要求更新本政策。更新后的版本将发布于本页面，并注明更新日期。重大变更时，我们将通过合理方式提示您（例如 App 更新说明）。
